The presentation will focus on how a purchase order funding company works with senior lenders including banks, asset based lenders, and factors from a mechanics and legal standpoint. Additionally, the program will identify benefits not only to the mutual client, but also to the existing senior lender. Many of the benefits to the senior lender, while subtle, can be very critical to maintaining a beneficial relationship with an existing client.
